The GF Food Festival will be held at the Great Escape Lodge on Route 9 in Lake George, NY. Admission costs $5 for adults, $2 for seniors and it is free to students 18 years and younger.
The GF Food Festival has been organized by the Glens Falls Regional Celiac Support Group.

Quick Tip: To make a quick, elegant, impressive, and delicious salad, choose an organic baby salad blend, I like the "sassy baby blend" with baby spinach, place on a platter, and then add lots of color! Fresh tomatoes, Mandarin oranges, sliced baby cucumbers, roasted pumpkin seeds, ect. My favorite, is to slice fresh Mozzarella cheese and place around the edge of the platter. Then cut baby tomatoes in half and place cut side down on the fresh Mozzarella cheese. Then dust with dried basil, or add a fresh basil leaf. Next pile baby salad blend in the middle of platter, top with Mandarin oranges, more baby cherry tomatoes, diced cucumbers, and serve with a gluten free balsamic vinaigrette. Easy, Simple & DELICIOUS!!!!
